About Nic Paul

Nic is a culture, inclusion and ethics expert. She is a Cultural Intelligence (CQ) specialist and holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication for Businesses. Nic works under the company name “Good Work Life”.

Nic has been a strategic cultural consultant for over 10% of the FTSE100 and has lead cultural audits for some of the largest global employers.

Nic is a partner at Inbeta, a revolutionary executive talent business. We founded InBeta because we experienced first-hand the negative impact of subjectivity and biases that are commonplace in recruiting practices. We now provide a platform for individuals to become influential leaders that embrace difference and create a culture in which people can make the most of their talent.

Nic is an ICF-accredited coach and holds a qualification from Duke University in Business Ethics and has studied Sustainability (ESG) at Oxford Business School.

Before being an independent consultant, Nic was a Director at Green Park’s diversity and inclusion consultancy. Prior to that, she was the first Head of Diversity and Inclusion for the John Lewis Partnership, following a career as a Branch Manager for Waitrose
